- We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Process
- Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order at docothebrand@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
Refunds
- If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are approved for a replacement instead, we will ship it to you at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Returns for reasons other than defect or damage (such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.) are not accepted.
- Items not returned in their original condition or packaging will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
